“Team Amlan” from dept. of EEE, Leading University has become runner-up in a Robo-Fight competition. TechFest’16, organized by Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB), was held on September 3, 2016, and “Team Amlan” participated in the robo-fight category. They competed in their final match against “SUST_tara safa”, a team from Shahjalal University of Science & Technology. On the road to final, “Team Amlan” has defeated “Team Apollo” from Military Institute of Science & Technology (MIST) and “Team Spark” from North South University (NSU).
Team members of “Team Amlan” are Md. Abu Bakar Siddik, Imtiaj Ahmed Probal and Fahim Ahmed Hamim. They all are the students of the dept. of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE).
Prof. Dr. Md. Qumruzzaman Chowdhury, Honorable Vice Chancellor and Prof. Dr. Md. Kh. Md. Mominul Haque, Dean, Faculty of Modern Science have congratulated them on their brilliant success.
