Biography

Md. Abdul Muhith Chowdhury, is working as an Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management (HRM) at the Department of Business Administration, Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He completed his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from Leading University, Sylhet, Bangladesh. He also completed Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Loughborough University, United Kingdom. His research interest is on qualitative and quantitative research in Human Resource Management like Human Resource Planning, Graduate Employability, Organization Development, Quality of Work Life, Labour Relations, and Comparative Employment Law.
