Ansar Uddin Monir serves as a Lecturer at the Department of Law, Leading University, Sylhet. His journey in legal academia started in January, 2024 from this first ever private university in Sylhet.
He pursued his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the University of Dhaka, where he obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in 2021 and Master of Laws (LLM in General Law) degrees in 2022. Besides, he pursued a certificate Course on Refugee Law and International Protection jointly organized by UNHCR and University of Dhaka in 2022-2023.
In addition to his academic pursuits, Ansar Uddin Monir has actively engaged in legal practice as an Advocate at the District and Sessions Judge Court in Dhaka. Through his work in the courtroom, he has earned his skills in legal advocacy, dispute resolution, and client representation that enrich his teaching and mentorship.
